Employee Development

Turning Point, Inc. provides in-house training to include programmatic, clinical, supervisory, and leadership training, as well as communication skills training. Management skills training also includes Human Resource policies and procedures, developing and writing effective development plans and performance reviews, interviewing skills, Investigating and Addressing Employee Workplace Issues, Employee Conduct, and Career Coaching.

Employees start off their careers at Turning Point, Inc. attending the company’s New Hire Orientation, followed by specific program orientation. The company strives to offer employees training to improve basic skills, leadership skills, and other job specific trainings which will enhance their present and future growth opportunities. The company also offers employees training benefits through the Direct Support Certificate and/or the Tuition Remission programs.
