Behavior Analyst

1.      Primary clinical oversight for implementation of Positive Behavior Supports in residential programs. 

2.      Trains staff on all the behavior support plans, documentation, and clinical needs.

3.      Conducts behavioral assessments, develops and implements behavior support plans, trains staff on plans, and oversees ongoing implementation of plans until termination of that plan.

4.      Develops graphs based on collected behavioral data from individuals in residential programs. Plots this data for recording, monitoring and analysis purposes by the clinical team and outside stakeholders such as psychiatric providers.

5.      Creates and maintains the materials needed for behavior supports plans.

6.      Works in conjunction with program managers to support clinical training needs. 

7.      Travels to residential programs, as directed by the Director of Behavioral Services, in order to conduct training, investigate behavioral data findings, conduct observations, and implement behavioral assessments and treatment integrity assessments.

8.      Attends clinical meetings throughout the agency as requested. 

9.      Attends team meetings with external stakeholders such as families and DDS as requested.

10.   Conducts agency-wide ABA and PBS trainings on an ongoing basis.

11.   Serves on the Positive Behavior Supports (PBS Leadership) team and works closely with other members of the PBS Leadership team in implementation of PBS throughout the agency.

12.   Upholds the values and culture of PBS while ensuring that PBS interventions are implemented with integrity.

13.   Maintains a cooperative working relationship with management and employees

14.   Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Behavioral Services.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

●       Must possess and maintain BACB certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

●       Must possess and maintain Massachusetts licensure as a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA).

●       MS or MA from an accredited college or university in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field of study

●       3 or more years’ experience in clinically supporting individuals with ASD, IDD, and psychiatric diagnoses.

●       Experience developing graphs based on collected behavioral data and charting this data for monitoring and analysis purposes by the clinical team.

●       Experience in conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavioral interventions.

●       Experience in conducting clinical trainings for staff and management

●       Experience designing and creating materials utilized in behavior plans such as token boards and visual schedules

●       Must possess excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, decision making and analytical skills

●       Strong writing skills for the development of reports, Google docs and other required documents

●       Ability to drive to multiple programs in the Merrimack Valley and North Shore, MA

●       Strong teaching and instructing skills

●       Experience working with a team of clinical personnel, program management, and staff

●       Ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior management

●       Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Google and Outlook email and Google docs
